HOW TO PICK UP AND RETURN ORDERS
OUR HOURS AND LOCATION
Our studio is located at 2800 Medford St, Los Angeles, CA 90033. In-person pulls are available by appointment only, M-F 9am-5pm.
UPON ARRIVAL TO OUR STUDIO
Please notify us when you arrive for your appointment by calling or texting 213-282-4228. Our main entry door is on the corner of Medford St and Indiana St. Parking can be found on Indiana St and on Perris St adjacent to the building. Additional parking can be found on Medford St a block away near the Amazon Warehouse. Please be aware of street cleaning rules. If you have trouble parking, please let us know and we will try to help.
PICKING UP AND DROPPING OFF ORDERS
Upon confirmation of your order, we will schedule a pick up window within business hours unless an exception is granted. Please make sure you schedule your pick up / drop off in advance and do not arrive for your appointment outside of your scheduled time. A courtesy window of 24 hrs is much appreciated for confirmations so we can get your order prepared and wrapped but we will do our best to facilitate rush or same day orders.
We have a gated back alley on Medford St for cars or production vehicles to back into for pick up / drop off. If you prefer to use the alley, we will schedule it with your pick up / drop off window. Please note, the alley gate swings out over the sidewalk into the street. Vehicles can back in and we will close the gate until you are ready to leave. Smaller orders can be handed off through the main entrance if that is easier.
All items will be wrapped for transport and need to be re-wrapped in the same manner for return. Sturdy hand trucks and dollies are highly recommended. Heavy surfaces will require 2 people for transport.
Please be mindful of how you are transporting items. We appreciate tying surfaces into all production vehicles with ratchet straps to help keep items from damaging en route. If surfaces are being stacked in a personal car, please be advised of overloading weight on any surfaces as they may damage or crack.
